What is the cost for an evaluation?

Families will be provided with a good faith estimate at the start of the evaluation process outlining the average cost of services based on the specific referral questions. NTX Psychological Services, PLLC does not currently accept insurance. The hourly rate is $175 and evaluations typically range from $1500 - $1900. Every family will be provided with a Superbill that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Each Superbill will include dates of evaluations, evaluation codes, and all evaluation information needed for reimbursement. Complete the Contact Us form with any payment-related questions.

What tools will be used during my evaluation?

Each evaluation will be tailored to the child's age and referral concerns. All autism evaluations will include ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2) and CARS (Childhood Autism Rating Scale-2) assessments, which are the gold standards in autism diagnostics that are required by most insurance companies to access therapy services.

The full report will include detailed background information, academic information, caregiver concerns, assessment results, applicable diagnostic codes, and an extensive list of recommendations and local community support services. ADHD reports will also include school accommodation or modifications recommended for your child.

What would a consultation session look like?

During a consultation session, caregivers will be one-on-one with Dr. Hoppe to discuss a specific issue such as toilet training. Your family will be provided training, resources, and tools needed to help your child make progress in that specific area. Single sessions or recurring appointments are available.
